Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Biden Administration On Border Crossing Deterrent
(Chaz Anon) The Supreme Court voted 5-4 in approval of the White House's request to vacate an injunction from the Fifth Circuit Court, which blocked President Joe Biden's administration from instructing federal agents to cut down razor wire designed to deter illegal immigrants from crossing the border.
Amy Coney Barrett voted in favor of allowing Biden's federal border agents to dismantle the fencing set up by Texas agents. She voted along with the liberal judges, in the process decreasing the ability of states to protect their own borders from mass migration, which is taking an extreme economic toll on border states.
NBC has the details: "The brief order noted that four conservative members of the nine-justice court would have rejected the government's request. They were Justice Clarence Thomas, Justice Samuel Alito, Justice Neil Gorsuch and Justice Brett Kavanaugh."
Tucker Carlson says on X: “So it’s unanimous: everyone in power, from the White House, to the hedge fund managers, to the Supreme Court of the United States has decided to destroy the country by allowing it to be invaded. That leaves the population to defend itself. Where are the men of Texas? Why aren’t they protecting their state and the nation?”
Reminder: Article IV, Section IV of the Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion."

Texas' razor wire is an effective deterrent to the illegal crossings Biden encourages.
I will continue to defend Texas' constitutional authority to secure the border and prevent the Biden Admin from destroying our property.https://t.co/pV7Cuq57d1
To be clear, the Supreme Court ruling today was specifically about the court order on cutting razor wire

The 5th Circuit still needs to hear the actual case on its merits
There is still a chance Texas wins
