Did The Act of 1871 Transform the United States of America into a Corporation?

In the process of the discussion, she brought up The Act of 1871, which many historians claim transformed America into a corporation, and in the process making its citizens property of that entity.

The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 is an Act of Congress that repealed the individual charters of the cities of Washington and Georgetown and established a new territorial government for the whole District of Columbia. Though Congress repealed the territorial government in 1874, the legislation was the first to create a single municipal government for the federal district.[1]
The Act is the basis of several claims held by the sovereign citizen movement. According to these, the Act made the District, and consequently the whole United States, into a business corporation.[12] These claims stem from the term municipal corporation used in the Act.[13][14] There are many kinds of corporations; a corporation is any group authorized to legally act as a single entity; in this case, an incorporated, organized district of the United States. Most U.S. cities and counties are municipal corporations.
But according to many constitutional historians, 1871 was the year that the original United States constitution was abandoned and new one put in its place. Ever since then the United States president and the United States Congress has been playing politics under a different set of rules and policies.
Most American’s do not know that there are two Constitutions in the United States. Historian Jordan Maxwell explained it as The UNITED STATES (corporation) versus the united states of America. The first one is the one most people think about and are taught in history class.
On July 4, 1776, the people claimed their independence from the Crown (which is the temporal authority of the Roman Catholic Pope) and our Republic was born. For 95 years the United States people were free and independent.
But that freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the United States for America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” written all in capitals. The Congress realized that the country was in dire financial straits (because of the Civil War), so they made a financial deal with the devil – the Crown/Banking Cartel (a.k.a. City of London Corporation established by the Catholic Church on Jan 1, 1855 ) thereby incurring a DEBT to the Pope. The conniving Pope and his bankers were not about to lend the floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a way of taking back control of the United States and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.
With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia. With the passage of “the Act of 1871” a city state (a state within a state) called the District of Columbia located on 10 sq. miles of land in the heart of Washington was formed with its own flag and its own independent constitution – the United States’ secret second constitution.
The flag of Washington’s District of Columbia has 3 red stars, each symbolizing a city-state within the three city empire. The three city empire consists of Washington D.C (the D.C. stands for District of Columbia), City of London Corporation, and Vatican City State. City of London Corporation is the corporate center of the three city-states and controls the world economically.
Washington D.C. is in charge of the military, and the Vatican controls it all under the guise of spiritual guidance. Although geographically separate, the city-states of; City of London Corporation, the Vatican and the District of Columbia are one interlocking empire called “Empire of the City”
The constitution for the District of Columbia operates under tyrannical Vatican law known as “Lex Fori” (local law). When congress illegally passed the act of 1871 it created a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES and a separate form of government for the District of Columbia. This treasonous act has unlawfully allowed the District of Columbia to operate as a corporation outside the original constitution of the United States and in total disregard of the best interests of the American citizens.
According to Jordan Maxwell, fundamentally, there are two things on Earth — land and water. Subsequently, we have the law of the land, and the law of the water. The law of the land is the law of the people on the land where they live. However, the law of the sea/water is international. They are banking laws. When you get a credit card in the UNITED STATES, it works in Europe, or in INDIA.
All ships are female, and she delivers a product. Females produce products — labor, delivery room, birth/berth, ship — "she" delivers products. When products are delivered, they need a certificate of manifest. What is on the ship is on its manifest. Humans are maritime/admiralty products. They also have certificates of manifest, which are "birth certificates." On the birth certificate, it shows our parent as "informant." We are then property of the Department of Commerce.
All humans are "stock." As soon as persons are birthed/berthed, they become property of the government under which they live. See UNITED STATES versus united states of America. The UNITED STATES is different than the united states of America. Constitution for the united states of America formed in 1787 and the Constitution of the UNITED STATES in 1871. UNITED STATES INC — the UNITED STATES is a corporation. Formed in Delaware in 1871. All UNITED STATES citizens are governed under the corporate law of the UNITED STATES. All corporations must have a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Hence, the UNITED STATES INC formed in Act of 1871. A UNITED STATES citizen is an employee of the UNITED STATES INC. according to Jordan Maxwell.
