Dissecting The Syrian Conflict

Dissecting The Syrian Conflict

The Syrian Civil War is not a simplistic conflict and has many factions involved, with each having varied motives for their involvement. Many of these groups have a vested interest in obscuring what their true purposes and plans are in Syria. This is perhaps the most complex and convoluted conflict in history and most Americans are unaware of the sheer number of sides and cross interests at play. Here is a list compiled by Pen Source Intelligence of all the armed factions currently participating in Syria:

The Syrian Army - Hezbollah - Iran - Russia - Turkey - Kurdish Militant (PKK and YPG/YPJ) - ISIS - The Al-Nursa Front - Jaysh Al-Islam - Israel Special Forces - Iraq -Sunni Monarchies (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain) - The Free Syrian Army - Combined Joint Taskforce (France, Britain, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, Norway) - United State Military Forces loyal to the Deep State/CIA - United States Military Forces loyal to the Alliance - Private Contractors loyal to Deep State/CIA - Private Contractors loyal to Alliance - Private Contractors loyal to Russia - Arms Traffickers/cartels loyal to various nationalities and allegiances

The roots of this conflict actually began in 1983 when the CIA targeted Hafez al-Assad, father of current Syrian Prime Minister Bashar al-Assad, to be removed and replaced with a pro-western business friendly puppet, who could be controlled by the West. The country was important to Western interests because of its vast oil and natural gas wealth, as well as its strategic position in the Persian Gulf.

Western elites have had a plan in place for a pipeline route through Iraq and Saudi Arabia up in to Europe since the coup attempt of Hafez al-Assad. Russia and their allies would stand to lose a vast amount of profit if Western oil interests built such a pipeline, with Russia preferring to have their own pipeline. Though the Syrian Civil War officially began in June of 2012, with the 2011 "Arab Spring" revolution putting the conflict in motion, the 1980's coup attempt was the true birth of this conflict.

According to Ahmed Bensaada's book Arabesque, the Arab Spring revolutions have four unique features in common:

  • None were spontaneous – all required careful and lengthy (5+ years) planning, by the State Department, CIA pass through foundations, George Soros, and the pro-Israel lobby.
  • All focused exclusively on removing reviled despots without replacing the autocratic power structure that kept them in power.
  • No Arab Spring protests made any reference whatsoever to powerful anti-US sentiment over Palestine and Iraq.
  • All the instigators of Arab Spring uprisings were middle class, well educated youth who mysteriously vanished after 2011.

The "Arab Spring" was portrayed as a natural occurring event in the Western controlled media but was "designed" by the deep state and put into action by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Arabesque explains how State Department trained Middle East opposition activists helped instigate the nonviolent Facebook and Twitter protests to coincide with the 2011 uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt. Others, in exile, underwent guerrilla training sponsored by the CIA, Mossad, Chad and Saudi Arabia. These uprisings ended with the transfer of a massive amount of arms from Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi (who was assassinated) to Syrian rebel groups (which was the birth of ISIS).

With Gaddafi out of the way, a covert CIA program authorized by President Obama, Operation Timber Sycamore, was designed to arm and train rebel groups in Syria. According to western media sources, the weapons and training were intended for the Free Syrian Army and the Kurds.  Yet, beginning in late 2012, a number of US airdrops were ‘captured’ by ISIS fighters. US military equipment in Iraq was also ‘captured’ by ISIS. The supplies and weapons never seemed to hit their intended target.

Many critics of the Western allies have pointed fingers at Senator John McCain as the primary Deep States operative in the region, with photographs of him meeting with many of the leaders of ISIS and Syrian rebel groups. Many noted the correlation between his visits and the "accidental" capture of weapons and supplies soon after.

The Western Elite and Deep State actors thought they had Syria under wraps just before the 2016 Presidential Election, with Hillary Clinton expected to win according to almost every media poll. But the American people had different plans, tired of the seemingly never-ending corruption of the Bush/Clinton/Obama regimes, the billionaire outsider Donald Trump pulled out an almost miraculous victory.

In July of 2017 President Trump halted Operation Timber Sycamore, ending the two-face operation of the CIA in the region. Payback for this move was to relentlessly paint the President as a Russian operative in the western media. But President Trump held his ground, and within about nine months of Trump taking office, ISIS lost more than 99% of its territory. Yet, during Obama’s second term, ISIS was able to expand their reach, because of the help they received from his administration.

Much of the evidence points to the Obama administration (along with Saudi Arabia, Israel and Turkey) as the main enablers and supporters of ISIS. As soon as President Trump gave his generals (along with Russia) free reign to take out ISIS targets, ISIS began to lose it's hold on the region. During Trumps presidential campaign he pointed out the corruption saying, "They've created ISIS. Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama."

Western media likes to simplify the conflict, never explaining the complexity of the relationships in the region. We have seen many instances of falsified video and photographic evidence emerging out of Syria, which intentionally creates confusion in the minds of the American media consumers.

Groups like the White Helmets release heart-wrenching videos of gassed and bloodied children, but not every instance is real. The White Helmets are said to be a non-governmental humanitarian organization, but they are Western-funded rescuers and medical personnel who provide aid in Syria. However, Israeli, Saudi, and American intelligence services have made a habit of donning the signature white-helmets in order to gain access to areas of Syria, as well as providing medical services to their personnel

With over $60 million in their back pocket courtesy of USAID, the UK Foreign Office and various EU nations, this group is possibly one of the most feted and funded entities within the west’s anti-Syrian NGO complex, a pivotal part of the clandestine shadow state building enterprise inside of Syria.

In actuality, the White Helmets have been deployed by the west to derail the Syrian state, first by undermining existing civic structures and by disseminating staged PR to facilitate regime change propaganda, through western and Gulf state media outlets. Despite the fact that they were started, and are still generously funded by NATO members states, particularly from the US and UK, the White Helmets’ official statement claims that they are “fiercely independent” and “have accepted no money from governments, corporations or anyone directly involved in the Syrian conflict“. This is not true.

They claim they are not “tied to any political group in Syria, or anywhere else”, yet they are embedded with Al Nusra Front, ISIS and affiliated with the majority of US allied terrorist brigades within Syria.

With the duplicity of Western intelligence agencies in the region, and their assets like the White Helmets, it seems just as likely that they are responsible for the gas attacks as the Syrian government.

Cui Bono? How would Bashar al-Assad benefit from the most recent chemical attack on his own people? The rebel groups (ISIS,Jaysh Al-Islam) were under intense pressure and have been losing ground for months. They needed a way to get the Syrian Government forces “off their back” so they could escape from Douma.

Agence France Presse (AFP) reported one medical student who witnessed the so called “aftermath” of the alleged attack. He reported on the victims as follows:

“Some of [the victims] suffered from asthma and pulmonary inflammation. They received routine treatment and some were even sent home, they showed no symptoms of a chemical attack.

But he had seen the fraudulent White Helmets with their video cameras hosing down children supposedly victims of chemical poisoning:

But some foreigners entered while we were in a state of chaos and sprinkled people with water, and some of them were even filming it.”

One of the children that was filmed being doused in water was an 11 year old named Hassan Diab, who looked more annoyed by the water than scared of anything else. According to reports, he was back home by that evening and has no health effects from the incident. His father told Russian journalists that his son was given rice, dates and cookies for playing along.

The American people should not accept that Bashar al-Assad is responsible for the alledged Syrian "chemical attacks" just because CNN and a CIA analyst say so? We cannot trust our governments or our media, so we must therefore do our own research and come to the most logical conclusions.

Even though President Trump supported the airstrikes after this likely false flag chemical attack, we should be cautious to assume that just because the strikes occurred in Syria that the attacks were directed at the Syrian regime. As was the case in 2017, the actual targets and the reason for their targeting is only known to a select group of military intelligence insiders and the president.

It is highly likely that President Trump sincerely wants an end to American military adventurism and to finally bring the troops home from the Middle East. Unfortunately, various factions continue their effort to pigeonhole the Alliance into conflict escalation. Perhaps these airstrikes serve the purpose of temporarily satisfying the overwhelming demand for military action, while not actually committing to a larger escalation.
